Humanitarian Use Device: PulseRider Aneurysm Neck Reconstruction Device
HUD authorized by Federal Law for use with neurovascular embolic coils in patients >18 years of age for the treatment of unruptured wide-necked intracranial aneurysms with neck widths of > 4mm or dome to neck ratio < 2 originating on or near a vessel bifurcation of the basilar tip or carotid terminus, with at least a portion of the aneurysm neck overlapping the lumen of the parent artery.

Clinical Registry Investigating Bardet-Biedl Syndrome (CRIBBS)
Nephrology
Nephrology
Adult, Child
The purpose of the Clinical Registry Investigating Bardet-Biedl Syndrome (CRIBBS) is to establish and perpetuate an international registry enabling subject recruitment for clinical natural history studies, therapeutic trials and collection of biological specimens of blood and saliva specimens of affected individuals and family members with a rare disorder, Bardet-Biedl syndrom (BBS). Biological specimens will be collected for future clinical studies, as well as other studies to examine the relationship between genetic mutations and clinical features. Specimens will be stored in the Core Laboratory.

Clinical Evaluation of Adults with Persistent Hypophosphatasemia Who Also Harbor Pathogenic, Likely Pathogenic or ALPL Variants of Uncertain Significance and/or Elevated Alkaline Phosphatase Substrates
Rheumatology
Adult
The purpose of this study is to perform further clinical, dental, biochemical, family, genetic and imaging evaluation of adults with persistent hypophosphatasemia who also harbor pathogenic, likely pathogenic or ALPL variants of uncertain significance and/or have elevated ALP substrates to more fully characterize this cohort and to determine what proportion may have previously unrecognized adult HPP.

CIRB, A Master Protocol to Evaluate Biomarker-Driven Therapies and Immunotherapies in Previously-Treated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (Lung-MAP Screening Study)
Lung
Adult
This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (S1400). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting. In addition, the protocol includes a non-match sub-study which will include all screened patients not eligible for any of the biomarker-driven sub-studies. This sub-study will compare a non-match therapy to standard of care also with the goal of approval.

ICH-A Randomized Study to Describe the Safety of an Investigational Quadrivalent Meningococcal conjugate Vaccine Administered Concomitantly with Routine Pediatric Vaccines in Healthy Infants and Toddlers
Vaccine
Child
The main purpose of this study is to find out if the MenACYW conjugate vaccine is safe when given at the same time with the childhood vaccines recommended in the US. MenACYW conjugate vaccine will be compared to a US-licensed meningococcal vaccine called Menveo. The licensed vaccine protects against meningococcal disease caused by 4 types of germs (A, C, Y and W)

CIRB, Phase III Trial of Observation Versus Irradiation for a Gross Totally Resected Grade II Meningioma
Central Nervous System
Adult
This randomized phase II/III trial studies how well whole-brain radiation therapy works and compares it with or without hippocampal avoidance in treating patients with small cell lung cancer that is found in one lung, the tissues between the lungs, and nearby lymph nodes only (limited stage) or has spread outside of the lung in which it began or to other parts of the body (extensive stage). Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. The hippocampus is part of the brain that is important for memory. Avoiding the hippocampus during whole-brain radiation could decrease the chance of side effects on memory and thinking. It is not yet known whether giving whole-brain radiation therapy is more effective with or without hippocampal avoidance in treating patients with small cell lung cancer.
