Board of Trustees
The Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation Board of Trustees oversees Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation, providing policy direction, financial oversight, and counsel to MCRF leaderhship in a wide range of areas associated with research structure, process, and resources.
The Board of Trustees is comprised of 20 members: 10 community members, 8 physician members, one Ph.D. scientist, and the Clinic President. The Director of Research, the Director of Medical Education, and the Executive Director of the Clinic serve as ex officio non-voting members. Trustees are eligible to serve for two successive three-year terms. The Board of Trustee's Executive Committee exercises the powers of the Board of Trustees when the full Board is not in session.
